Asset Security: How Regolith Maintains Stability During Uncertain Times

Given the current geopolitical environment, some clients have asked about the safety of their assets and the stability of the platform. This is a natural concern, and we want to clarify how the system works.

In this article, we explain how Regolith’s platform is structured and why client assets remain secure.

Technical Stability

Our servers and core systems run on a distributed international architecture across stable jurisdictions. This setup helps ensure reliable platform operations even when external conditions change. As a result, access to the platform and investor assets remains stable and uninterrupted.

Client Assets

Investor assets are held and accounted for through international financial structures. Client funds are not held on the company’s balance sheet, but within the broader international investment framework.

For example, Pre-IPO investments are structured through SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles) that hold shares of the underlying companies. Each investment is structured separately, and investor funds are not mixed with the company’s operating capital.

Investments in ETFs are executed through international exchange infrastructure, while the SLAT strategy is managed through a portfolio of publicly traded shares of major global companies.

Asset security in the UAE

Regolith Funds

Funds within the Regolith ecosystem are backed by real assets and investment instruments.

The Auto Fund owns vehicles in Dubai and continues to operate as usual. In February, the fund recorded a positive result of +0.38%, driven by rental income from economy-class vehicles and several vehicle sales. Returns were lower than usual, but the fund remained positive.

At the same time, the current market environment is creating new opportunities. Some vehicles are now available well below typical market prices, allowing the fund to expand its fleet on favorable terms.

“All company assets – vehicles, equipment, and documents – remain fully secure. Operations continue as normal, and our team keeps working,” – Timur, Fund Manager.

Dubai remains one of the world’s key international business hubs, with a stable economy and strong demand for both housing and transportation.

The Real Estate Fund owns properties in the Deira district. Most apartments are leased to companies that provide housing for their employees. These professionals continue working in Dubai, keeping rental demand stable.

The TRX Staking Fund operates within the Tron blockchain network. Tokens are stored in a hardware wallet, and dividends are distributed monthly in USDT. The fund runs in a fully decentralized environment, with operations secured on the blockchain.

Data Protection

Personal and financial user data is encrypted and stored on secure servers with restricted access. The storage system is hosted internationally and protected by modern security technologies.

Team

Part of the Regolith team is based in Dubai, while others work remotely. Operational processes are designed so that team location does not affect platform operations or client support.

The Platform Is Fully Operational

All services – investments, withdrawals, and customer support – continue to operate without restrictions. Payments are available via Apple Pay, Google Pay, SWIFT, and USDT.
