The long-awaited SLAT Day Trading Fund is live! A fund focused on active intraday trading

🚀 We’re excited to introduce SLAT — Short Long Active Trading Fund

Preparation for the launch began back in 2024. The rollout was postponed as we worked to design a product with short investment horizons, maximum liquidity, weekly dividends, and fast withdrawals — and we made it happen!

Minimum participation period — just 1 week. Fast trades, algorithmic strategies, high volatility, and controlled risk.

✅ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

— What is the SLAT Fund?
SLAT (Short Long Active Trading Fund) is an actively managed fund from Regolith, specializing in U.S. equities. It uses an active trading strategy on the NYSE and NASDAQ, taking both long and short positions.

Dividends are distributed once per week, creating a steady cash flow.

— What is the minimum investment?

— How risky is this investment?
The fund operates in a medium-risk segment. Each trade has stop-losses, with a risk/reward ratio of 1:2. Total portfolio risk is capped at 30%, keeping drawdowns under control and maintaining a balanced risk/return profile.

SLAT applies a strict risk management framework:

trading based on news and volume analysis

The portfolio includes NYSE and NASDAQ-listed stocks: from blue chips to more volatile companies with high growth potential.

— How often can I deposit or withdraw funds?
The minimum investment cycle is 1 week. After a withdrawal request, funds are received within a week. A one-time 5% entry fee applies when investing.

— How many trades does the fund make on average?
Typically 2–5 trades per day.

— Under what conditions could the fund stop operations?
If the maximum drawdown of 30% is reached, all positions are closed and investors are consulted on whether to increase the risk level or exit the fund with the remaining capital.

— What is the annual return target?
The fund’s target is at least 50% per year.

— Where does trading take place?
All operations are carried out on Regolith’s brokerage account and remain under the company’s full control.
