An investor may withdraw the initial investment after 12 months from the moment of submitting a request, provided that the property funded by the pool has been renovated and sold. There is also an option to reinvest dividends or increase the investment amount as the company grows.
Participation Formats for Investors
Option 1: Co-investment in a Property
Under the co-investment model, several investors jointly participate in purchasing one or more properties – apartments or villas. We pool the capital, acquire the property, and manage the entire project: renovation, operations, sale, and profit distribution.
The fund is currently raising capital for a specific property in Port De La Mer (or a comparable premium asset with similar parameters). All invested funds are allocated toward the acquisition, renovation, and subsequent sale of the selected apartment.

- lower entry threshold compared to individual acquisition;
- ability to participate in higher-value assets;
- dividends are distributed proportionally to the investor’s share.
Option 2: Individual Investment in a Specific Property
In this format, the investor independently selects and finances a specific property — an apartment or a villa (depending on available capital). We provide full project support at every stage: property selection, due diligence, transaction execution, renovation, project management, preparation for sale, and final disposition.
Features of this format:
- the property is assigned to a single investor; registration can be done under an individual or a legal entity.

The Dubai real estate market continues to demonstrate steady growth both in transaction volume and total sales value. Geopolitical factors and other global fluctuations — such as tariff instability or regional conflicts — may slow the market for 1–2 weeks, but have not had any significant long-term impact.
According to DXB Interact, as of December 31, 2024, the population of the emirate was 3.863 million. As of March 31, 2025, it reached 3.915 million, reflecting an increase of ~52,000 residents in the first quarter.
As of July 31, 2025, the population reached 3.984 million, showing an additional growth of ~70,000 residents in the second quarter.
