Regolith Travel. Mount Ararat — 5,137 meters high. A 7-day journey and how the ascent unfolded
🏔 Regolith Travel. Ararat. How It Was
• Elevation: 5,137 meters
• 7 days on the journey with a team of entrepreneurs and our trusted guides
💪 16 people in the group — all reached the summit.
We climbed Ararat from the Turkish side. The first days felt magical: blooming meadows, bird’s-eye views, campfire talks, and moments of real connection with nature.
But on summit day — blizzard, snowstorm, visibility no more than 5 meters. Two groups ahead of us turned back because of the storm.
We, however, had already become one team. United. True. And together, with one shared drive, we made it to the top. Not for the checkbox, but because of those beside us — the people you can’t give up with.
This was already the fourth journey with Regolith Travel
We’ve climbed Kilimanjaro, trekked to Everest Base Camp, and even went to Serbia for a Rammstein concert.
Each time — a little nerve-wracking, but always profound and real.
🎒 Ahead — new heights
In 2026, we’re planning to climb Mont Blanc. It’s not a difficult mountain, but stunningly beautiful, and the European infrastructure will make the experience even more comfortable.
Dates will be announced later, but we’re aiming for early summer.
