Real Estate Fund — generating stable income through property rentals and professional real estate management in Dubai

Real Estate Fund — generating stable income through property rentals and professional real estate management in Dubai

How the Fund Generates Income

🏘 The Real Estate Fund invests in affordable residential buildings rented out to workers.

The fund’s income comes from rental payments for dormitories in Deira — one of the few districts in Dubai with year-round high occupancy.

📍 Deira is a historic residential area where working families — drivers, builders, and service employees — have been settling for decades.

The area is fully equipped with transport, shops, and schools. Many residents have lived here for 30–40 years and have no plans to move.

Stable Income

Unlike resort districts that empty out in summer, Deira stays fully populated year-round — which means rental income remains stable. This is the foundation of the fund’s strategy.

🏘 Real Estate Rental Fund dividends from June 16 to July 15: +2.08% (+1.46% after fees)

💰 Fixed annual return — 25% in USD
📆 Monthly payouts

✅ Congratulations to our investors on their earnings!
